Jubilee Research at IMF: Director in
debate with Fund, Paris Club and private sector
Ann Pettifor, director of Jubilee Research at NEF, will be one of the speakers at an IMF conference on a proposed international insolvency framework for sovereign debtors. The conference will take place from 5.30 on Wednesday, 22nd January, in the office of the IMF in Washington, and there will be a live webcast. Ms Pettifor will be promoting the Jubilee Framework - which calls for an independent, transparent framework of justice for the resolution of debt crises; a framework accountable to the taxpayers of both debtor and creditor nations.
