Jubilee 2000 coalitions and movements unite to work together to:

• Cancel the unpayable debt
• of the poorest countries
• by the year 2000
• under a fair and transparent process.

We carry out extensive research and we continue to discuss how to interpret this slogan and issues raised by our campaign.

We have divided our background and policy papers into four groups:

• Research and background papers
• Statements of major international Jubilee 2000 conferences
• British Jubilee coalition 2000 member groups policy papers
• International Jubilee 2000 member groups policy papers
